Longing the knowledge of sorrow and human experience
I abandoned peace to start my transmutation
Submerged in a sphere of material existence
Where everything is nothing but a mere illusion

Trauma of birth will erase my peace and ego shall grow instead

I have condemned myself to this dimension
Where truth shall be found in a world of false
Set to walk astray from true comprehension
In a thousand journeys through the utmost dark

Cast out from above to walk the path of grievance and suffering

I will witness once again the eternal reprise of the cycles of life
As through fire we descend, and through fire we arise

Dormant I shall be until the highest intellect
Connects to the divine from the source within

Born of the universe to exist in the abyss
I long for the answers to these mysteries
But the secret knowledge resides in me
As I once was an ethereal being

The cosmic architecture, the essence of the soul
A karmic descent to the earth
Were the answers carved in stone?
Keeper of the secrets I had been bestowed
The hidden worship of the sun,
I chant the words: As above, so below!

Attached to a mortal body, condemned to decay
Walking the labyrinths of earthly illusions and despair
Dwelling in a sphere under the laws of time and space,
Condemned to exist in a world just to experience pain

Bereft of my past, have I ever lived among the stars?
As alone I walk into this journey through the dark... towards light.
